Yay Tattoos!

So kinda amusing quick story. You guys remember the Mexican (?) place that gives you free food for life if you get their logo tattooed on you? Well, there is a tanning salon in Bozeman that copied that idea (they even admit they took the idea from the San Fran place) and will let you tan for life if you get their logo on your body. Apparently 6 people have already done it. Hahaha, how I love San Fran.

My Favorite Subject: Silliness!

So not only am I currently dancing around my house half-naked to the worst song in the world aka The Final Countdown (think the song in all of Gob's magic shows). But yesterday I went to a Star Trek exhibit and it was great!! My objective was to sit in all the chairs there that I could...and I did!!
Another bit of Ali silliness was that I broke about 12 plates at work which caused my boss to open a bottle of wine for us. It was nice wine : )
And apparently I am crazy, because that is what all the cooks at work say to me.
Ooohhh M.I.A is on now!!
But by far the silliest thing I have heard in a while is that Baber is working at a Deli which is almost as bad as if he told me he was working as a lumberjack. The jokes were endless, I think he hates me now and regrets telling me, whahaha!

I Left My Heart in San Francisco

I'm at a lost of what to write about. Being home is starting to wear on me and returning to school is looking better and better each day. I'm getting stir crazy, but I can't justify spending the gas money to go anywhere.
I'm addicted to the news and coffee. That is my life. Friends, the news, and coffee. I want to get away and do some soul searching. Take a break from friends, the news and coffee. I need silence and a break from confusing drama. I need a new start. Whenever I come home I end up feeling like I have screwed things up so much that I need to start from scratch.
I miss you guys. I miss how simple and easy our friendships are.

My arms are sunburned.

Hello Beauties,
Well nothing too exciting is going on in my life. Babysitting is going swell, we've basically been in the pool for the past week. I keep forgetting to wear sunscreen until I turn lobster red..wahwahhh. My arms are quite warm at the moment. Today Kelsey and Rebecca came over and we had family spring roll night (minus niffer who was babysitting) followed by starbucks, and then we topped of the night by watching keeping up with the kardashian's. It truly is summer! Yea, so I don't have anything really interesting to post about in this blog so I thought I would post some of my favorite San Francisco pictures. Laina is always bugging me to put them on facebook but that takes forever. So anywhoo here they are.
Love Infinitely,
K.

P.S. I am off the Island!!

my life...

Hello dears! So my first week back at home hasn’t been too bad. Summer school kind of sucks, mostly just that I have to get up by 7 every morning and I have to do homework, but the classes themselves aren’t that bad.
As you should all know, Saturday was summer solstice, which is the closest thing santa barbaran have to love fest. Obviously it is not very similar, but they try. There’s a parade and afterwards a party in the park. There was minimal pot smoking, if any, and no naked old men, only one mostly naked Hawaiian woman.
Also, this weekend I made my first pair of jorts- pretty exciting I know.
Oh! And I think I’m on my way to becoming the tannest I have ever been. No worries, this is still albino by most people’s standards, but it gets me excited none the less. And since I’ve been back in California almost every day I’ve gotten to go to the beach and wear my swim suit and flip flops. Its good stuff.

Now for some food for thought:

Did you know that because of Newton’s law of gravitation the tides are always pulled towards the moon, but because the earth rotates faster than the moon rovolves around the earth, the tidal bulge is always a little ahead of the moon. This means that the moon is always trying to pull the tidal bulge back, which actually causes the earth to slow down. Yes, every century the earth’s rotation slows by .002 seconds. You can imagine the catastrophic consequences. A mere 60,000 years ago, the earth’s rotation was a whole second shorter. That means that only 900 million years ago the day was only 18 hours long!
Furthermore, because the earth is slowing down, it is losing energy, but of course energy cannot be destroyed and it cannot leave the system, so that means that the energy is being transferred to the moon. However, Kepler’s 3rd law of motion proves that the moon cannot move faster with this extra energy because speed is based on distance. Therefore, the moon, being sneaky as it is, uses the energy it gains from the earth, transferred at a whooping rate of 1,000,000 horsepower/second to move farther away. Every year the moon moves 1.5” farther away from the earth. Yes I know I’m a nerd, but I think this stuff is pretty cool.

However, if that didn’t get you excited, I also read this cool article about this old tradition in northern Albania where girls swore an oath of virginity and then lived the rest of their lives as men and ruled their families and stuff. some of the women the article interviewed are really interesting. Anyways, if you’re bored and want something to read: http://iht.com/articles/2008/06/23/europe/virgins.php?page=1

Air licks to you all

The Mad Adventures of Ali and Mary: Part II

Day 3 12:28 a.m.
We are finally going to bed and it is not fucking sun rise. So far our Mexican adventure is off to a great start. Cool drinks and delicious food have been plentiful, and after taking a six hour nap we headed down to the square and walked around. It is hot as hell here but the sweat is therapeutic. Tomorrow is the triathlon. Ali will be doing the bike portion and I will be running. This should be good.

Beer We Have Had
Bohemia Obscuro-the best!
Negra Modelo-the second best!
Indio-a nice light beer
Victoria-we drank this beer in our Michaeladas-see day 5 for diagram (diagram not found)

Day 4 5a.m. (kinda)
After waking up around noon Mary and I participated in an epic 9 game backgammon tourney. Today was a day of firsts: Marcos had his first girl scout cookie, Mary had her first real ocean adventure and Ali had her first mate (ma-tay). Dinner was so long, so basically from 10p.m. to 3 a.m. And consisted of amazing food and amazing win and amazing company. we had fucking amazing octopussy and had the pleasure to meet Alex senior, and old man who loved women and wine. Kathy really opened up about her experiences in Mexico and her problems with basically legalized, high class prostitutes (which we ended up meeting tonight). So basically it was a long day! And oral hygiene is the best!

Day 5 2:24p.m.
Yesterday Ali and I neglected completely our recording duties. Therefore we will no report the events and happenings of Sunday (Day 4 of our adventures) We were awoken yesterday around 1:30 p.m. with the sweet and melodious sounds of breakfast in bed, courtesy of Kathy. We then bounded out of bed ready to face our beach adventure. This lead us first to MICHELADOS! they are excellent! I also had my first ever fish taco. It was amazing.
After a "brief"* stop at Alex's restaurant we grabbed our open containers, hopped in the car and drove to La Playa Larga, a long beach on open ocean surrounded by "bitchen" (Ali) coconut groves. We patronized the fine establishment Popeyes- a restaurant in the sand, so we took our shoes off at the table. I worked on my spanish immersion while we all sat around the table for hours eating an d drinking beer and wine. A high light of the meal was the octapussy salad, pictured on the next page.
After dinner and multiple bottles of wine and beer we decided to retire to our beach stake-out where we proceeded to take a siesta. After we woke up we saw dolphins and mary got epically pwnd at backgammon by Alex. The sunset was amazing but the mosquitoes came and tried to eat us alive. For dessert we decided to get 6 flavors of gelado: guanabana, oreo, coffee, coconut, nuez, and gelado made w/ goat's milk.
*Mexico brief is 45min. to 1 1/2 hours

Trying to Stay Busy

In my attempt to try and stay busy this summer I have realized that I have been doing too much. Last Monday and Tuesday I spent watching my brother's kids and cleaning his entire house. Now for a person with a slight case of OCD that is a major undertaking. I have been cooking a lot lately, mostly vegetarian, and I believe that I have created the most amazing tasting veggie burger of all time. Wednesday I went to the beach with some friends and bought the most bitchin' pair of Harley boots ever, and I look S-E-X-Y in them, oh yeah. Thursday I went golfing with my brother and his AA sponser, it was fun but I wish it wasn't so hot. It doesn't get below 90 here until about 9 pm. Then I went to work and set up for the 300 person wedding I have to work today. Ok so advice for anyone of you who is getting married, never invite over 200 people, after that it gets excessive, expensive and crowded. After work I went home to conk out for the night when my friend called me to go to the grunion run. It was so silly, I was out on the beach getting wet looking for these little fish who get washed up on shore because like little stupid heads they are having sex too close to the beach. My friend caught a few and released them. They are strange little fish, all silver and kinda translucient. Best of all it was foggy by the beach so I was reminded of SF. But I just got back and I decided to blog. Also another weird thing was a friend of my friend when and I guess we went to elementry and middle school together. I didn't remember him so I am pulling out my old yearbooks. I can;t believe that he remembered me, but I guess once you see my sexy face it is hard to forget.
Have a wonderful day my lovelies! Love from SD (oh how could I forget they sent a memo out at work telling everyone not to feed the skunks! ha ha ha!)

Free Coffee and Other Random Things!

Well Hello My Fellow Buddies!

I feel as if there is much to update you all on concerning my life, but it is a tad too risky to post it on the web (you never know who reads this blog....). Laina just got the extremely long version of things and has already cast her vote in the man-fight. Umm, yeah so if you care to know just find me on gChat and I'll fill you in....it very well may take half an hour, but I think it is amusing...but then again I tend to find strange things amusing.

It amazes me how many guy friends I have at home compared to at school...ahh!my computer is down to 2% battery, not good! I should probably go find my charger!!!............ok, all better...back to guys. Unlike at school, where it is 6 girls to the one Brice, here I am in the minority most of the time! It is a wonderful feeling. The other night, I was the only girl, besides my friend Jaxi, in the room of at least 6 guys. Not that I don't love you all, but it is a nice break from the horrible ratio at school.

Hmm, new topic! So there is a movie being produced by Dreamworks that is being filmed down at Morning Light today! Actually as we speak. Apparently it is a crap movie, but I'm still interested in watching them set up and film so I think I'll probably shower and head down to ML in the next couple of mins....yay for living at my job! Free coffee!!!! Yumyumyum.

O, bad news. My friendship bracelet is slowly breaking and I want to cry. I have no clue how to fix it. I don't know what to do! MT, you should come over to Htown just to fix my bracelet....please!

Music update!: If you like Metric (I know that each and everyone of you has heard them in my room at least twice) you will love Emily Haines' solo album. She is the lead singer from Metric. Her solo album is heart-stabbingly sad and depressing, but also one of the most beautiful things you will ever. Listen to her!

I love you all so much.

Good luck exploring the infinite abyss,

Kyrstin

Quick update: I just went down to ML and they won't let me into the stupid shop...that wasn't part of the agreement! The shop was supposed to stay open.....I'm pissed

Holding Back

Hello.
Okay, first of all I would like to start with my sincere apologies. I know that this blog was designed to keep us all in communion and updated on what's a-cracka-lackin' in each others lives. I have failed you all. I must confess and say that I have not been completely truthful as to what has been going on with me. There are a lot of new developments in my life and I feel that since you are my bffs you should know about them. The reason I have "lied by omission" is because...well frankly...I didn't want to make you jealous. I know that you all have been having some very, very lame summers...(i.e. Mary and Ali in Mexico, trips to music festivals, studying in spain, getting cool summer jobs, being on a different coast) and I didn't want to destroy what summer spirit you may have been able to dig up. I feel that as my friends you should be able to look past your own disappointments and just be happy for me. So...Here it is...the big news....

I am currently dating the hottest guy on the West Coast.

Make that the Continental United States (MT knows why I can't include Alaska).

So Here's how it happened.

3 days after I got back from school I was going around Gig Harbor doing my thang and visiting my favorite places. I just so happened to be in the market for some used electronics, so as I was perusing the walkmans and used phones at goodwill fate stopped me in my tracks. I had just found a perfectly good (why do people throw these things away?) electric toothbrush and personal massager when I happened to see him glowing from the used random linens sections. It was as if Zeus himself had created this man. He was radiating from every pore. It was glorious. Well, it was as if I didn't have any control of myself. I just flew on over there and began asking him about textiles. Turns out we both hate cotton-poly blends and think that velour should be used for sheets...but I digress. As if this wasn't enough of a connection, it turns out that we both love cats, hate body pillows and think pine trees are neat.

So 49 dates, 45 trips to the pet store, 4 ritualistic burnings of bad bedding and 1 month later, I am pleased to report I am in love.

Okay friends, here is your job. Put aside your jealously, your anger, and your grief and rejoice
! For my prince as arrived.

I have attached a photo for your viewing enjoyment. I know there are some among us who will say that the beard is all it takes. There is a certain amount of sex appeal that comes along with his macho stance and large backpack..after all it is true what they say...the bigger the pack...the bigger the tent.

So Thank you for understanding. I knew you would understand.

Love you all
Kailey

I dedicate this post to Ali Whalen. The Inspiration.

I'm Back!!!

hello to all my dear beezies, i miss all yall so much!!!! so in spain for some reason it wouldn't let me long on so i couldn't post, but i could at least read what you guys posted. or in the case of some people, what you didn't post. like brice who was supposed to cover tuesdays for me and i think posted once the whole month i was gone. you failed us all brice- i hope you're ashamed of yourself.
anyways, now that i'm back in the 805 i am going crazy. i'm still jet lagged and summer school started before i had a chance to unpack even and i feel like i have 100 million things i have to do and don't have time to do any of it, which kind of sucks. especially because i'm sure none of it is all that important but its just kind of stressing me out. so far though school itself isn't going too bad. i havne't really met many kids yet, but my classes actually seem interesting and my professors seem pretty good. i think i've learned more in the first 2 days of macroecon than in the whole last semester of micro.
for those of you who i haven't talked to, spain was absolutely fabuloso. i'm still not fluent but i'm a lot better at spanish, and i got to have a lot of fun too! ya... maybe too much fun but since it was only for a month i think its ok that i partied quiet a bit. it was kind of werid being surrounded by all the u of illinois kids because they're def different than us, for example they are all engineering frat boys- we are not engineers, in greek life, or boys. and they are used to going out like 5 nights a week, before spain i had never done anything like that in my life. i must say though, hanging out with engineers is the way to go- the ratios are awesome, a lot of times we'd go out and it would be like me and 5 guys. now i know how brice feels. anyways, for anyone who cares to learn more just ask me and i'll fill you in a little bit more about my spanish adventures, and i just loaded some of the pics on facebook for you guys to feast your eyes on.
besos, air licks, y hasta el martes proximo

Adios Beeeeeetches

To my dearest little friends,

I embark on my first adventure at the crack of dawn tomorrow with our leader from down under, my new co-workers and a group of 20 high schoolers. I'm sure that I will return with LOTS of stories to tell. I'm so excited for just about everything that the next two weeks will hold AND I will have my cell phone with me so don't hesitate to send text messages because I'll be checking it periodically. I'm pretty sure that there will be an Xploregon blog and trip-tracker too! So, if you're so inclined, you could always keep tabs on me that way :) I'm not sure what the info for those is yet, but I'll keep you updated.

I've visited about a million Goodwills in the past week as I've been packing and such and have scored big time!!! My biggest score today was the most incredible pair of Cowboy boots ever! Of course, I found these as I was looking for hiking boots to bring with me on the trip haha, needless to say, I didn't get any. But these cowboy boots make up for it.

Anyways, I have nothing really interesting to say except that I will talk to all you beezies later, and that's not interesting at all.

As always, I love you and miss you all. I hope your summer days are bright and full sunshine and lollipops as they should be.

Until next time,

MT

Skunks

The skunks are still at work, I guess the crazy guy did not have a successful hunt. Tonight I had to hault about five people to prevent them from getting sprayed. Tomorrow -well today - is a wedding. I hope the bride does not aquire a certain stench, ha ha ha, that would be great, tehehehe!
So long from sunny, smelly, stripey San Diego!

Meh

Sorry for my delayed post everybody. These past two days have been crazy. Lets see...I'm a brunette again (not by any choice of mine whatsoever....), I have an opportunity to model for a local photo studio, and I may be heading off to Denver within the next day or so to visit my uncle in the hospital. I don't want this blog to turn into my emotional bitching and complaining...so I'll just leave it at that.
Actually as I'm writing this I'm realizing that I don't really have anything to talk about. I suppose I could talk about Montana's typical early summer weather....well, it has been rainy and cold for about a week now. On Tuesday it was really nice and sunny and warm in the morning, but then in the span of 5 mins the sky went dark and it snowed and hailed. Yup, snow. A place just outside of Helena had about 7 inches of snow! Thankfully it didn't stick in Htown. Today it was nicer, not rainy and sorta warm...but really windy. Yup typical MT weather....so much fun. Sorry this post sucks. My head hurts.

Failure.

I know I failed at my blogging today/yesterday....but it was go-go-go all day long. So I'll make it up once I wake back up in 8 hrs. Sorry!

New Friends (This time they are real!)

So I have encountered a new "friend". Well...he is more like a crazy, old regular at the golf course. On Monday I was working the BBQ Scramble and this guy was there in addition to an entire family of skunks!! Basically the tent we run all of our events out of was surrounded by these striped creatures. So this old guy comes out and starts talking to me saying: "You're not feeding the nasty f*****s are you?" and "Don't worry about the f*****s they will be gone tomorrow, don't ask me how, just know they will be, I am no god damn hippie."
Children, it was so hard to keep a straight face. The good news is that I did not get sprayed! And when I go into work today I will keep an eye out to see if he got rid of the problem (this guy has been seen on the golf course in camo with a gun shooting squirrels).
Today I went to visit some old teachers and I must say it is horrible the way they are treated by the school distirct. I also went to the Padres baseball game where we beat the Dodgers 9-0, woot woot (It was because I was there).
I am trying to take a week detox of Facebook (It is very hard). I have until Tuesday, I hope I can make it. Also, I am quitting smoking. The reason for this is because tonight when I snuck out of the house and put my butt out on the other side of the street I tripped and scraped both my knees and my foot. So basically I feel like a loser and it is time to stop...for now.
On a more personal note I am having problems getting over a certain bearded neighbor and have been a little down and out. I think the main reason is becuase I feel as though I should be over him by now, but as we can tell from what I am writing about I am not. Which brings me to my actual new friend, Tony. He is pretty cool, but not as cool as you my friends.
Miss you much, and thank you for the letters/post cards they make me very happy!

Sha-BAM

Hello Little Fairy Friends,
I did not send the friend text out today. Wah-Whaaaaaa. Well I just didn't feel like it, sue me! or give me money! Instead I watched lost, went to the dentist (I kind of like the dentist...my teeth feel soooo clean and I got a new toothbrush and floss!) Went to the rexall downtown and went to coffee with the parentals! Wahhoo. Oh yeah I also worked. hahah
In other world news, there is a cooool website you all must know about. It is www.swaptree.com. It is so awesome. Basically you put old DVDs, CDs, Books and video games you have on a list, then you make another list of things you want and then you swap! All you pay is the shipping for you to send your item to the other person. I have done two already! I swapped a book "rapture of Caanan" for the 7th season of Will and Grace on DVD and (my mom made me do this one) the book "About a Boy" for Garth Brooks' Greatest Hits! hahah.
Let's see, Last weekend I went to the Gig Harbor Maritime festival. Yeaaahhh, uhmmm there were vendors and a parade and lots of old boats. This was the main dialog surrounding the festival.
Me: "Wow, That boat looks old"
Parents: "Yea, you want to go on it?"
Enter Boat
Me: "Wow, this boat is old"
Parents: "Yea, you want to get off of it?"

It was great! We didn't go to the blessing of the fleet (that was sunday) but luckily earlier in the week my mom and I stood at the top of this hill and looked out over the boats and did our own blessing....yeah life here is intense. hhahahahahah

Well friends do not forget this Sunday is father's day! Good day to all current and pending fathers everywhere!

I love you all and miss you so much.
Until we are off this island, get revenge on Michael, figure out what this experiment is, and speak fluent French.

Pesos and Besos.
Kailey

Summer Fun!

Hello mates!

Greeting from Sunny (for the first time in weeks) Silverton!! I come to you with news of good cheer and great joy. I have left the ranks of the red and khaki! Yes, it's true. Not only have I quit the job that has been the bane of my existence for the summer and beyond, I have an actual cool summer job doing everything that I love to do! It seriously is pretty close to my ideal summer job. I feel like it was created for me. So, let me tell you more.

I will be helping lead this program through Campfire USA up in Portland, a really cool non-profit, called Exploregon, http://www.portlandcampfire.org/programs/teen_leadership/xploregon.php (even a great name, I know!!). It takes groups of 20 high schoolers on a roadtrip around Oregon for 2 weeks doing various service projects and outdoor adventures like rafting, rock climbing and kayaking and camping all along the way. !!!!!!!. Oh my gosh. Great, right? Anyways, there are 3 of these trips, the first of which leaves on Monday, a week from today, with 7-10 day breaks in between trips. Although I only make $1250 for the whole summer, whattareyagonnado? I feel like this is the time for me to not be making money, while I'm living with my parents and all. And plus, I probably would have committed suicide had I stayed at Target any longer sooo I feel like it's a win win situation for me.

Unfortunately, this means that I will be missing my regular Monday blogging days from time to time. If anyone feels so inclined, they may have my Mondays, or else I will just update when I get the chance.

Lately, I have been feeling very homesick for the magical kingdom that is SF. And for my little friendulas. But I'm glad that I have something now that I can do that will be fun and amazing and awesome, instead of... death. Also, the guy who is running the program is Australian and calls me "mate" and hiked Mt. Kilimanjaro (I know, right!?!?).

Also, Kailey is actually the one who saw the ad on Craigslist on one gloomy night when life in Silverton seemed unbearable. What a great little palsy. Hahah, palsy. Not funny. Anyways, well, that's about it.

I hope your respective lives are as cheery as can be, I can't wait to see you whenever it is I may see youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu.

Until then,

Isabella Moistpalms

The Mad Adventures of Ali and Mary: Part 1

As I feel that my activities since returning home this year are either too boring or unfit for internet publication, I will not be blogging about my day to day habits. Instead I would like to transcribe for you the journal kept by Ali and myself during the course of our extensive travels upon leaving San Francisco and the company of our many friends. This journal, written in both our hands, accompanied us on all our adventures and we attempted to record faithfully what occurred on our journey. The actual journal has numerous diagrams and illustrations which aid the story a great deal, however I see no way to reproduce these images online. I shall transcribe our adventures in several installments and hope that they are of interest to the group in general. So much for a prologue, here it is:

The Mad Adventures of Ali and Mary: Part 1

Day 1 11:47 p.m.
Ali has officially reached her 36th hour of no sleep. We are sitting at the gate, one hour till we board. Ali has just decided to pursue her BA in Bad-Assity. Laina has just taken a shot for me. We now owe her one margarita.

Day 2 1:-- a.m.
We are on the plane. I don't know what time it is because my cell phone is off and Brice wouldn't give me his watch. So far we are off to a good start. The annoying baby stopped crying and, drum role please, they serve meals on Mexicana flights! Ali is currently 3 rows and two seats away, all vital signs good. Meal: Pastrami & Mayo Sandwich on a croissant, Lemon Peanuts, cookies (assorted), O.J.

Day 2 -:-- a.m.
Starting to go a little crazy on account of not knowing what time it is. Can't sleep despite they eye mask and my tiredness. I think their are fireworks going off on the horizon, well at least some kind of huge explosion is going off over and over again. Now they are obscured by huge cloud bank.

Day 2 -:-- a.m.
That baby woke up and decided to start crying again. How annoying. Oh, by the way, not fire works: Electrical Storm!

Day 2 7:12 a.m.
"I'm sick and tired of seeing the fucking sunrise" -Ali

Day 2 7:32 a.m.
Time continues to be out of joint but at least now its light out. We are officially in Mexico proper. Al Ali said, not T.J. not Tecate, Mexico fo real yo! Only two more plane flights and we are there. I am two rows back and two seats over from Ali. Also I managed to set off the metal detectors twice. Hmmm.

Day 2 12:20 p.m.
We have arrived in Ixtapa, to a pink, that's right pink airport. Its kind of a bitty little place in the middle o the hills we're in Fucking Mexico and its summer. It might have been a bitch to get here, but it was worth it. Now all we have to do is hang out with these valets for a while til Kathy gets here. This journey started 13 hours ago.

Question

So before I get to the question, today is my first day back to work, woot woot!! And yesterday I applied for a job a PacSun, I know one of the funniest places to imagine me working, I really hope I get the job.
Now I was wondering if it should go back to my old fashion, afterall I have so many clothes that I left at home. Here is an example of how I used to dress

Eh, I am still on edge about it, let me know what you think.

Yay World! and cup-pies.

Why Hello my Friendly Friends!

Today is a good day...not that the others have been bad, but today is exceptionally good. Strangely enough I have been keeping myself busy in lill' ol' H-town. I have been working on various projects, reading a couple of books, and working hard at Morning Light. My hair is falling out less, lol, and despite all I have put it through it actually feels healthy and soft for
once. Yesterday I made some jewelry out of buttons! Here's a pic of a ring and bracelet that I made:

I made another bracelet as well, but gave it to my friend Dylan.

Here is another project I have been working on: A friend of mine is possibly throwing a Sextasy party....yes, sextasy. So I have been trying to come up with ideas to transform his basement into an awesome sextasy dance club-ish area. I'm also working on some exclusive invites. I have three possible designs and am currently trying to decide between them, but here is my fav:

I voted on Tuesday! and Obama took Montana and the nominee (in case you have been in a cave for the past few days). We have a mountain in Helena, Mt. Helena, that usually has a big H on the side, but on election day the H magically transformed into Obama's campaign logo! You can kinda see it in this pic:

It made me extremely happy.

For the rest of today, I believe I am going to go to the dollar store and try and find some glass bowls that I can paint and then light for the party (this will either look amazing or like crap.....), visit my friend Siobhan who just got back from back surgery, bake cup-pies with Dylan and then go to work!!! Like I said, today is a good day.....except for the fact that oil prices have fallen 9ish% while gas raised 4.5%....that doesn't make sense to me. But beyond that life is great...o yeah! I should be getting my new bike within the week! I can't wait.

I wish you all were here to enjoy this beautiful day with me and to eat cup-pies. Miss you all.

Good luck exploring the infinite abyss,

AdSense

Hello My Fellow Bloggers,

I added AdSense to our site, both ads and a YouTube version of it. We can move things around on our page, so lemme know if you think they should be placed somewhere else. Also, remember that us authors are NOT allowed to ever click on them....ever! This is extremely important....this only applies to those of us who contribute to the blog. So yeah....lemme know if you have suggestions....
